The Client Success Specialist is one of the most important positions within the company. Client Success team members work in our Las Vegas office in order to provide 24/7 support to our global client base. The main channels of support that we provide are phone, text, email and live chat. This position is the direct connection between the client and the company and requires a positive attitude to rise above everything else. Depending on your experience, this flexible, entry level position pays between $10.00 to $14.00 per hour.
Successful candidates are enthusiastic individuals who possess a combination of empathy and tact. A friendly demeanor and the ability to work autonomously are highly desired. Freshdesk and Zendesk Chat are used extensively, so some experience using customer support software is a plus.
Description and Job Duties
Provide superior customer service in response to all customer inquiries via Voice over IP (VoIP), text, Live Chat, and email.
Navigate our administrative site to ensure orders are accurate, client questions are answered, and clients are happy with their orders.
Communicate with quality assurance staff about specific orders.
All other duties as assigned
Competency in MS Word, Google Drive, and basic computer knowledge.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team setting, as well as individually.
Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overnights as required.
Some college, preferably second year or higher.
This is a local position in sunny Las Vegas, NV. Our office is conveniently located near Rainbow and Sahara. Snacks and beverages are provided by the company at no cost to the employee. The office staff includes Client Success, Quality Assurance, Growth Department, Product (engineering), and Talent & Compliance.
Shifts are usually 5 hours in length, with start and end times varying throughout the year. The position is currently being offered as part-time (less than 25 hours per week). While we are generally very flexible with scheduling, we are specifically seeking applicants who can work weekend shifts.
